- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- Do you provide a lock for my unit?
No! Every rental includes a secure disc lock at no additional cost. When you arrive at your unit for the first time, you’ll find a new lock and two keys waiting inside. Does your unit have two doors? Don't worry - we'll supply an extra lock for you!

- What is vehicle storage and how does it work?
Renting vehicle storage is a fantastic way to get your favorite vehicle out of the driveway and into a secure space. Vehicle storage keeps your vehicle nearby, but out of the way!

- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- Are your storage facilities clean and maintained?
Absolutely. Our facilities are regularly maintained and professionally serviced to ensure they stay clean and in great condition. We also use a third-party pest control service to help keep units protected.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- Can businesses use your storage units?
Yes! Many local businesses use our storage units for inventory, equipment, tools, and documents. Our convenient locations and flexible month-to-month leases make storage an easy solution for growing businesses.

- What do I need when moving out?
To move out, you’ll need to notify us of your move-out here at least 5 days in advance. After that, you can clean out your storage unit and move your belongings out. You’ll then remove your lock from your storage unit – it’s yours to keep!
- Do you provide pest control?
We perform regular, preventative pest control several times a year, but you can go a step further by adding bait traps or pest-repellent scents like cedar or peppermint to your storage unit.
- How can I make a payment?
You can pay your bill online here. Pay from anywhere with online payment, or sign up for autopay to make recurring payments easy!
